Short version: a contact form we reply to, and cookieless visitor counts. No advertising trackers, no selling anything to anyone.
What this page covers
This notice describes how the all-intek.com website handles information. Work carried out under a client agreement is governed by that agreement, not by this page.
Information you give us
The contact form collects your name, email address, and — only if you choose to enter them — your company, phone number, company size, timeline, areas of interest and message.
We use it to reply to you and to prepare for that conversation. We do not sell it, rent it, or add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.
Information collected automatically
The site uses Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views and aggregate details such as country, device type and referring site. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint your browser, and does not build a profile of you across sites.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and diagnostics.
Who processes it
Vercel hosts the site and provides the analytics. Resend delivers the form submission to our inbox and sends your confirmation email. Both act on our instructions as processors.
How long we keep it
Form submissions live in our email for as long as the enquiry is commercially relevant. Ask us to delete yours and we will, along with a confirmation that it is gone.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will handle it.
